2. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of the Pinglemon website, the free strategy call, and our website, AI Agent, email automation and Google review management services. Where an individual quote or contract says otherwise, the individual agreement prevails.

We mainly serve businesses. Where different rules apply to consumers (individuals acting outside their trade, business or profession), we say so.

3. Website content

  • The website is for information only; nothing on it is an offer.
  • The Showcase and the animated service demos are concept work featuring fictional businesses, not projects for real clients.
  • Research figures come from independent sources, each shown with its source.
  • The revenue calculator shows an illustrative example with an assumed conversion improvement. It is neither an offer nor a guarantee.
  • The AI Agent demo is a pre-written conversation; live AI Agents work from a knowledge base approved by the client.

4. The free strategy call

  • The 30-minute call is free and comes with no obligation.
  • Either party may cancel or reschedule free of charge — using the link in the confirmation email or by email (info@pinglemon.com).
  • Any estimates given during the call are for guidance only.

5. Quotes and contracts

  • After the needs assessment — usually within 3–5 business days — we send a written, individual quote with the price, schedule and scope.
  • A contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing (email counts). We keep the accepted quote and related correspondence and send you a copy on request.
  • If you spot a mistake in the details, tell us any time before accepting the quote and we'll correct it.
  • The contract language is Hungarian, or English on request. We have not signed up to any code of conduct.
  • Payment schedule (such as a deposit or instalments) and due dates are set out in the quote. We issue an invoice for every payment.

6. Cooperation and delivery

  • The project follows the schedule in the quote. If the client's input is delayed (for example materials or approvals), deadlines move accordingly.
  • The client warrants that they have the right to use any content they provide (texts, images, logos, data) and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Images, typefaces and software libraries we use are either our own or properly licensed.
  • AI Agents we build tell visitors at the start of the conversation that they are talking to artificial intelligence (in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), and answer only from the knowledge base the client has approved.
  • For Google reviews, we only ask genuine customers for feedback, and we ask every customer the same way — not just the happy ones. We never buy or write reviews.

7. Intellectual property

  • The client receives the right to use the delivered work (such as the website, texts, AI Agent configuration) on payment in full, to the extent set out in the quote.
  • Third-party components (such as open-source libraries and typefaces) are subject to their own licences.
  • We only show delivered work as a reference with the client's written permission.

8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

  • Strategy call: it's free, so no fee applies, and it can be cancelled at any time.
  • Before work starts: you can cancel the order in writing free of charge. Any deposit already paid is refunded in full within 14 days.
  • After work has started: you can terminate the order in writing at any time. You then pay a proportionate fee for the work actually done up to that point, and we hand over the finished parts. Any amount paid for work not yet done is refunded within 14 days.
  • Monthly maintenance, hosting and management: either party can terminate in writing with 30 days' notice, effective at the end of a month. Fees for a month already started are not refunded.
  • Defective work: if the work doesn't meet the contract, we first fix it free of charge. If that isn't possible or doesn't happen within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract under the Hungarian Civil Code.
  • Refunds are made by bank transfer at no extra cost to you.

For consumers — right of withdrawal. If you conclude a distance contract with us as a consumer (for example by email), under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) you can withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. If, at your express request, we start work within the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate fee for the service provided up to your withdrawal. If the service has been fully performed within that period with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you would then lose the right of withdrawal, you can no longer withdraw.

Send any withdrawal or cancellation notice to info@pinglemon.com. We refund any amount due within 14 days of receiving your notice.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for specific business results (such as revenue, number of enquiries, search rankings or rating averages), as these also depend on factors outside our control.
  • We are not liable for outages or changes in third-party services (such as hosting, Google, Calendly or email providers).
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally, or to breaches harming life, physical integrity or health.

10. Complaints and disputes

  • Send complaints to info@pinglemon.com; we reply in writing, with reasons, within 30 days.
  • We aim to settle any dispute by discussion first.
  • Consumers may also turn to the conciliation board for their place of residence or for our registered office. The board for our registered office: [BÉKÉLTETŐ TESTÜLET NEVE ÉS CÍME]. Consumer protection complaints can be lodged with the government office for your place of residence.
  • Contracts are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms; contracts already concluded remain subject to the version in force when they were made. The current version is always available on this page.
